Those who are going on this diet for the first time should opt for gentler diet plans. Also remember that some of these diets include breathing techniques, exercise, hydrotherapy, taking of special supplements and herbs and other medications.

There are also programs that include chelation, liver flush fasting and other techniques. The duration of the diet varies; follow the instructions, and do not go on for a day longer than what is necessary.

While detox diet reviews do indicate improvements in many patients, you should consult your doctor first prior to undergoing this procedure. The consultation is even more important for those who are taking certain medication or suffering from certain illnesses.
